Memphis group tops in nation for Ready Shelby role
Recently, there was a roar of engines in Indianapolis for the Indy 500; but there also was a roar going on at a convention, where several hundred participants, applauded Memphis' neighborhood associations, when they won first prize in the Neighborhoods USA coveted Best Neighborhood Program award.
